30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot process returns.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the exact condition it was received: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at unauthorized.collective@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is authorized, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions, including the address for returning the items. You are responsible for ensuring the package is sent according to the provided instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your return request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, you must return the original item according to the guidelines and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
